Practical Skills Training to Maximise Your Impact

Our training is structured to be as hands on and interactive as possible to ensure maximum retention and relevance to your day to day. We achieve this through the structure of our trainings, to set you up for success, letting you try your learnings in the real world, and then looping back to make sure it has stuck.

Pre-work
We’ll provide you with a series of activities to prepare before the session, this will give our team everything we need to be ready for our sessions, make the most use of the face-to-face time and tailor examples to be relevant to your world.

Interactive Session
We cover all the theory required to master the topic of your training. Once we’ve got the theory down, we’ll work through practical examples to get you familiar and comfortable with it. Finally, we run through real world examples specific to your role and employer.

Put it in to Practice
After the session you have the opportunity to take your new skills back to your day job and give it a test drive. This lets you work through what you have learned, understand what has gone well and what areas need further guidance.

Check-in
In your next session you and your facilitator will go back over how you found putting your training in to practice and work through any challenges to make sure you get the most out of the training.

Assessment (Accredited qualification only)
Once you have covered everything and you’re comfortable implementing your new skills we’ll take you through to your assessment to gain nationally recognised certification.
