This course is made up of 12 units of competency. This includes 6 core units to cover all the essentials and 6 elective units picked to give you the most desired skills in the market.

This unit looks into how to develop and monitor the implementation of operational plans. Leveraging these plans to support efficient and effective workplace practices to fuel an organisations productivity and profitability.
Emotional Intelligence in an undervalued skill in most workplaces. The value of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management can have a drastic impact on the time autonomy of teams and individuals boosting efficiency in business.
This unit covers how to lead teams in the workplace and to improve a team’s effectiveness and actively engage with the management of your organisation.
Here we will cover how to manage potential areas of risk for your business and apply that to in a range of different scenarios specific to your business.
This unit looks at the skills required to develop strategies that manage customer service at an organisational level. Defining systems that ensure products and services are delivered to standards across the business.
This unit covers establishing, maintaining and evaluating an organisation’s work health and safety (WHS) policies, procedures and programs. It takes a systems approach and addresses compliance with relevant legislative requirements.

Already looking after a team at work? This qualification can supplement and tune up the skills you already have as well as give you a recognised certification once completed

Once you have had the opportunity to apply your learnings into the workplace, you will be required to undertake a final assessment workbook that incorporates a set of tasks for completion. These tasks may include written questions, projects, or simulated tasks.
Similar to Face to Face, but in an online platform, we will have regular scheduled training sessions facilitated by highly qualified professional trainers covering.
This delivery mode will enable you to still have the benefit of a live class environment, and the ability to undertake self-directed learning activities into your workplace and receive support and feedback from your facilitator.
Once you have had the opportunity to apply your learnings into the workplace, you will be required to undertake a final assessment workbook that incorporates a set of tasks for completion. These tasks may include written questions, projects, and simulated tasks.
This option may suit individuals who can attend some but not all of the face-to-face sessions described above and are happy to do some of the course via distance .

There are no entry requirements stated in the Training Package rules for Diploma on Leadership and Management (BSB41419), however, participants must be over 18 years of age.
In addition, participants will be required to undertake a Learning, Literacy and Numeracy Quiz upon enrolment. This course requires participants to be at a ACSF Level 5, and The Change Network may inform you that the course may not be suited to your needs after this quiz. The quiz covers the core skills of learning, reading, writing, oral communications, and numeracy.
